With Self you can choose from 2 payment options:

- By Credit Card - directly through our website. We accept VISA MASTERCARD and CARTASI
- Cash on delivery (Italy only)

Credit Card payments are made using the X-Pay CartaSi system, and are protected with an encrypted SSL connection. The transaction and all of the information provided are transmitted in a totally secure and private way.

The payment will be subtracted from your bank account only when the goods are dispatched. The payment amount will exactly reflect the goods dispatched, so if some of the items were not available at the time of purchase, you will not be billed for them.

If instead you prefer the second payment option you can pay by cash on delivery (Italy only).
In this case you pay the amount indicated on the label attached to your parcel directly to the authorised delivery man who will then provide you with a receipt.

In Italy dispatches will be made by mail according to the following conditions:

9,00 Euro package with payment by cash on delivery
7,00 Euro package with payment via credit card

Outside Italy dispatches will be made by mail according to the following conditions:

12,00 Euro package maximum 2 Kg* (payment by credit card only)
20,00 Euro package over 2 Kg* (payment by credit card only)

(*) A 2KG package can hold up to 18 Cds or 8 Lps or 8 DVDs or 4 VHS.
Dispatch costs are constantly displayed at the bottom of your cart.

If you require an invoice for the goods purchased it must be requested during the ordering process through our website. It is necessary to provide your VAT number.

Under no circumstances may invoices be issued after the ordering process has been completed.
