Gerardo Felisatti writing is the synthesis between personal expression and location of musical training undertaken. The influences of composers like Chopin, Liszt, Ravel, Rachmaninov, Satie melt and cast in the need communicative individual. Each composition meant to be a representation of a fragment, a memory, a story of real life. And when the music tells stories, it's like a small soundtrack for a film that has not been written, but it has been lived, a piece of authentic life. The author comes to dialogue with the listener being the belief that making music is an expression of a deep need, made in the most simple and immediate; so, in their succession, the tracks invite you to participate in an intimate conversation. With My Hands (2010) and Red Vivo, with Fire (2012) are the two recorded worksnewly remastered and reissued by the E8 Records. |
