Radio Revolution is the new album from Salento Boomdabash - already defined by critics heirs of Sud Sound System - a unique artistic collective that combines the sounds of their native land to those upbeat, uniting them to sound more fresh and today thanks to a refined production work and arranging international flavor. A fact appreciated, from the first disc (2008), the musical versatility, attention to the social and the ability to innovate and renew. Radio Revolution, their fourth record, is an album reggae / dancehall contaminated which looks at pop with style and without forgetting the roots music of Salento and its upbeat rhythms of traditional Jamaican. 13 tracks that nod not just to reggae but to all music, among which the feat of J-ax (the track "The Usual Italian" that portrays perfectly the stereotype of the average 2.0), Alessandra Amoroso (in song "Three steps away from you") and Bluebeaters (the new single "The sun still"). |
